Additional requirements for the purchase of certain classes of tickets are as follows:
• A Child is classed as a person under the age of 16 for this fixture (15 and under)
• Anybody aged under 14 may not enter the Ground unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• All ticket holders, including Children aged 0-15, must be in possession of a valid Ticket for the Match they are attending.
• For children under 16, His/ her parent(s) and / or legal guardian(s) shall, in addition to the Purchaser, be responsible for the child's actions, conduct and compliance with the Ticket T&Cs and the Ground Regulation.

Information for Ambulant Disabled Visitors:
Visitors who are registered as ambulant disabled will be entitled to a complimentary ticket so that a companion is able to assist them on Matchday. Your companion ticket will be added automatically to your booking at the point of sale. You must validate your ticket within 10 days of placing your boooking by submitting proof of disability documentation (e.g recent PIP/DLA letter). You will receive an email from us shortly after booking with more information about submitting your documentation. Ambulant/Companion tickets that are not validated prior to Matchday will not gain access to the stadium.
Please be aware that level access seating has now sold out in categories 2-5. All seats in these catergories now require at least some steps. If booking category 1 tickets and you require level access seating please contact our customer services team using the link in your confirmation email as soon as you receive it. These seats are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
If booking for a group, please ensure that you select the same price category and block for all tickets and they will be allocated together.
Information for Wheelchair Users:
Wheelchair users who are registered disabled will be entitled to a complimentary ticket so that a companion is able to assist them on Matchday. Your companion ticket will be added automatically to your booking at the point of sale. You must validate your ticket within 10 days of placing your booking by submitting proof of disability documentation (e.g recent PIP/DLA letter). You will receive an email from us shortly after booking with more information about submitting your documentation. Wheelchair/Companion tickets that are not validated prior to Matchday will not gain access to the stadium.
You will be asked to choose the block in which you would prefer your wheelchair space to be allocated in. Your companion ticket will be allocated in an adjacent seat upon receipt of your supporting documentationt. If booking additional tickets for a group, you will need to make a second transaction for the additional tickets and select the same block so that your tickets are all near one another. It is not possible to allocate all of your tickets together within the same block as space on our wheelchair platforms is reserved for those with specific access needs.
